This apartment is located in the very centre of Cannes, just behind the famous boulevard de la Croisette, in an old ancient house (without elevator) on the third floor. Only two minutes by foot from the beaches, the boulevard and the railway station. From out of your window you can see the flags of the well-known Grand Hotel on the seaside. Left you have the mountains met the big super villa's of La Californie en right in front of you the garden of an old city villa. People from outside do not have an insight in the apartment and in the afternoon the sun brightly shines through the big 3 meter high windows.
