Gardens, as the name implies has a wonderful view over superbly kept gardens. It is on the 1st floor above a local bakery so breakfast croissants will be at their freshest! It is well situated for conferences and holidays alike as it is only short walking distance to the Festival hall and beaches.

The interior of the flat is well furnished for a comfortable stay. It boasts wooden floors throughout and has remote controlled air conditioning/fan and heating to ensure the temperature is just right. The spacious lounge and kitchen are open plan for social cooking and eating. The bathroom has a large bath and heated towel racks for the winter months. There is plenty of cupboard hanging space in the bedroom and a desk if your visit to Cannes involves a bit of work.
