It is within a minutes walk of the beaches and about a 7 - 10 minute walk up the Croisette to the Palais des Festivals

The interior of the apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and is fully equipped with high quality soft furnishings. It is done in a modern, light style with great space and comfortable surroudings.

Bay Windows can sleep 4 comfortably and up to 6 at a push because in the living studio area there is a pull down double bed, recessed into the cupboarding when not out and also a double sofa bed.
